Cold Email
Anybody try a cold email offer that's working to get local clients that you wouldn't mind sharing?
Website Structure?
@Mike Clay @Brian Willie I have a few questions I'm hoping you can help me with. I'm following the Foundation Rank course for a new legal client who wants to grow his Personal Injury practice but still offer Criminal Defense and Family Law. He's not ranking or getting traffic so I have free reign. Would you recommend the home page title tag be focused on Lawyer in [Town] then the silos Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law. Or would you make the Title tag and home page primarily focused on Personal Injury Lawyer [Town] and do the silos Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and Family Law. The site has menu drop downs for each primary silo with services per silo and some supporting articles. See image. How do these drop downs affect things? His current site has the typical SEO location pages with services pages for each location (not how its taught in foundation rank). Would you scratch these and start over with the GEO hub and stacks as taught? He has over 70 blog articles which is good so I can add POIs and GEO. Thank you!

The Question I keep Hearing
Happy New Year. I've been thinking about a question I heard a dozen times in the last few months of 2024. Different people, different businesses, but the same tension underneath: "Do I abandon what I've built and chase AI? Or keep doing what's working and hope the shift doesn't hit me?" Neither felt right to them. And honestly, neither feels right to me either. Here's what I think 2025 is actually about: You don't have to choose. The businesses that win this year won't be the ones who pivot fastest or the ones who dig in hardest. They'll be the ones who figure out how to extend what they've already built—into search, Maps, AI answers, voice, and whatever comes next. Not starting over. Not ignoring the shift. Building a bridge. That's what Brian and I are focused on this year. More on that soon. But I'm curious, does that tension resonate with you? Have you felt that false choice pressure? Drop a comment. I want to hear what 2025 looks like from where you're standing.

No because these "major" shifts always take time and you have to do both. It's rarely ever an either/or situation. Things just aren't that clean in this space.
Rank and rent
I have an off the wall question.... Does anyone in this group do rank & rent SEO?

Maps Liftoff Skool Group Name Change
We are super excited to announce that we are changing the name of this group to Local AI Visibility Central. When we started, our focus was all about helping businesses rank in Google Maps. But the world has changed fast, and now top local visibility isn’t just about Maps. It’s about showing up everywhere people search, especially inside AI tools and overviews that are shaping the future of local discovery. Along with the new name, we’re also setting up new, more affordable monthly pricing to attend our calls and get replays and also so you can grab individual courses, workshops, and other trainings without committing to a full program. Check out the "Classroom" section where you can purchase individual courses and see our new coaching program! Welcome to the next level of local visibility! Head on over and say hello!
