How You Can 2x Conversion Rate in just 10 minutes with ONE Simple Change ☝🏻
Piggybacking off the last post, where I explained why your automations are scaring people away by pretending to be human, I wanted to share one best practice that I’ve developed from analyzing the performance of over ONE MILLION conversion-oriented conversations through automations I’ve built over the years… This simple practice has enabled me to guarantee a MINIMUM 2x booking rate on day one of onboarding new coaching clients and why all of our clients have seen a 3-4x… And I’m sharing it now, as always, for free 🎁 Ready? Here goes: Frame every step of the conversation in a way so the person must choose between your ideal path and the next best thing–ideally something that that leads them back to your ideal path! 🏆 To break this down, I’ll give an example from the funnel we’ve used to drive multi-7-figures in revenue for our e-comm brands without running a single ad or email campaign: When we get to the step of the flow where the user is mostly informed and we’d like them to place an order, we ask them “Are you ready to order now, or do you have some questions first?” We don’t give the option of “Not interested”, because we don’t want to influence people who are on the fence to choose that option. Instead, we allow those who aren’t ready to take the path of least resistance and choose between “Let’s Go!” and “I have a question”. By doing this, we allow an out for those who aren’t yet ready to purchase, but of course we lead them back after answering a pre-generated question of theirs (more on how to decide on the best pre-generated response options in the next post). Some other examples would be: “Are you ready to schedule a call with our team, or do you need some more information first?” “Is this something you’ve thought about for awhile, or have you decided to take action today?” Now, before you say “What about the people who decide to say something unique rather than choosing one of the quick replies I’ve setup?”, don’t worry, there’s a straightforward solution for that.
