Organic Content = Unlimited Leads (Stop Milking Your Audience! 🚫)
You’ve probably all read Hormozi’s $100M Leads by now (and if you haven’t, you definitely should!). The formula boils down to the below: Valuable Content (FREE) = Industry Authority (EARNED) = Warm Leads = (REVENUE) So why then are most people constantly pestering their audience by posting reruns of “I'm looking for 5 people who want to learn more about X, just DM me the word “Y”!”, on repeat 24/7? This results in having 150k+ followers and only 10 likes on your posts, so why not give instead of ask? The answer: it’s hard to create a measurable connection between organic content and revenue, and a business should focus on things that can bring measurable revenue. Credibility can’t really be measured, or can it? You see, not only is it actually possible to quantify “Authority” and optimize your strategy for it over time, but it’s actually pretty easy to do:

How You Can 2x Conversion Rate in just 10 minutes with ONE Simple Change ☝🏻
Piggybacking off the last post, where I explained why your automations are scaring people away by pretending to be human, I wanted to share one best practice that I’ve developed from analyzing the performance of over ONE MILLION conversion-oriented conversations through automations I’ve built over the years… This simple practice has enabled me to guarantee a MINIMUM 2x booking rate on day one of onboarding new coaching clients and why all of our clients have seen a 3-4x… And I’m sharing it now, as always, for free 🎁 Ready? Here goes: Frame every step of the conversation in a way so the person must choose between your ideal path and the next best thing–ideally something that that leads them back to your ideal path! 🏆 To break this down, I’ll give an example from the funnel we’ve used to drive multi-7-figures in revenue for our e-comm brands without running a single ad or email campaign: When we get to the step of the flow where the user is mostly informed and we’d like them to place an order, we ask them “Are you ready to order now, or do you have some questions first?” We don’t give the option of “Not interested”, because we don’t want to influence people who are on the fence to choose that option. Instead, we allow those who aren’t ready to take the path of least resistance and choose between “Let’s Go!” and “I have a question”. By doing this, we allow an out for those who aren’t yet ready to purchase, but of course we lead them back after answering a pre-generated question of theirs (more on how to decide on the best pre-generated response options in the next post). Some other examples would be: “Are you ready to schedule a call with our team, or do you need some more information first?” “Is this something you’ve thought about for awhile, or have you decided to take action today?” Now, before you say “What about the people who decide to say something unique rather than choosing one of the quick replies I’ve setup?”, don’t worry, there’s a straightforward solution for that.

STOP WASTING LEADS: How to Boost Your Revenue by 20-40% OVERNIGHT 👇🏼
Hey guys! It's been a minute since I've made a value post like this. But I promise that it's only because I'm working on something big behind the scenes! 👀 Most clients I work with already have either NO funnel or a very 5-step simple funnel. You know what I mean: 1. Ask where lead is from 2. Ask if lead knows about "X" opportunity or if they need explanation 3. Ask about lead's goals and dreams 4. Ask if lead has capital to invest 5. And if they pass EVERY one of the above filters... Book in a call 🗓️ In general, an optimized booking funnel will bring anywhere from 20-40% booking rate for our clients. Which is great! You don't want to book in people that aren't qualified, right? Think about it: a 20% booking rate means that 80% of the leads that you are *already paying* to invite into your inbox are being tossed away. We all know that there are people who REALLY want your coaching/service/product, but just can't afford it right now. 😕 Or maybe they aren't sure about it yet and need some nurturing? Things can get VERY messy when your DM setters/agents try to sell many products vs. one flagship product. Fortunately with Manychat, you can easily push all disqualified leads to a secondary or even tertiary offer without adding any complexity to your team's workflows. These lower-priced or even FREE offers allow your business to scrape up paying customers that would otherwise be left on the cutting room floor. 🤑 Now, I know the concept of "downselling" is nothing new, but many of us have been conditioned to forego downsell opportunities because they typically add undue complexity in your business. 👎🏼 My question to YOU: Have you reconsidered adding downsells now that you can automate your entire funnel? With automated flows, you can add simple branch logic that guides disqualified leads down to Offer #2, then Offer #3, then a FREE offer which is gated by email and/or DM list signup. 📩 The coolest part? You only need to do this one time, and it can take you less than an hour to implement.

Comment or DM Triggers Not Working? This is Probably Why... 👀
If you've been following along this week, you'll already have learned how to stop scaring people away by pretending to be human, how to build flows that bring 90% click-through-rate on Day ONE, and how you can 2x conversion rate in just 10 minutes with ONE simple change. ...it's been a big week! 🤯 So now picture this: You go live with your shoutouts/ads/organic content, ready for leads to come surging through your inbox... 10 minutes later... 30 minutes later... An hour later... Your automation triggers still show "0 contacts" 💀 Typically this is caused by one of two things: A.) You didn't make your CTA clear enough in your caption or story. B.) You didn't set them up in Manychat properly in the first place 😭 This is why I setup a quick and easy 5-step checklist for including CTA's in posts + setting them up on Manychat... And I'll break it down for you below 🎁 1. Make sure your CTA is very clear in the content. If it's in the caption, it should be on its own line, in ALL CAPS, with "quotes" around it. This way, your audience can't miss it. 2. If at all possible, include the CTA in the content itself. Whether Reels/stories/static images, try to end the video or text post with a clear CTA to "DM or comment the word "XXXX" to learn more!" 3. Pin a comment on the post giving instructions and further reinforcing the CTA, i.e. "In case you didn't see, comment "XXXX" below to get my free guide/connect with me/learn more/etc!" All set? Great! 👍🏼 Now that you've got that arranged, head over to Manychat and create the automation triggers. 1. You'll want to choose "Message *is*" not "Message contains" in 99% of instances when setting up DM triggers, and choose "Comment contains specific words" for comments.

How to build flows that bring 90% click-through-rate on Day ONE 💰
If you haven't already, I recommend checking out my two most recent posts, where I shared some best practices on framing your automations so that leads PREFER it over a human and a simple mindset shift that will 2x your conversion rate in as little as 10 minutes 🤯 Assuming you've read those, then by the end of THIS post, you'll be ready to build your own automated flows that convert like crazy 🔥 The workflow shared below is a key secret behind how we've been able to guarantee a 2x booking rate for any new coaching client on day one. Most people would rather just pay us to have it done immediately rather than take the time to learn and practice it themselves. In fact, every single one of our clients have all seen a minimum of 3-4x within just 48 hours of signing contracts to our program, because we've gotten this down to a science that I'm going to share now... So, let's get started 🎊 I always recommend starting with humans in the inbox for just a few days before creating an automated version of your flow. Chances are, you've already been handling conversations manually, so you can probably jump the line! As little as 10 conversations is enough to get going, but if you can get 30-50 under your belt, that's plenty! Why? Because you need to understand the most common questions/responses at each stage of your script so that you can build the automated flow around them. Once you've had enough conversations to find the 2-4 most common replies at each step of your script, you can curate the automated experience around those to be as thorough as possible without being overwhelming. (Take a second to check out the first picture at the bottom of this post) For example, if you were a gym and find that the majority of people tell you that their goals revolve around energy/health/weight loss/stress-relief, then it's pretty safe to say that giving those options as quick-replies in your automated flow will be enough to give your flow a personalized feel.
