Assuming you've read those, then by the end of THIS post, you'll be ready to build your own automated flows that convert like crazy π₯
The workflow shared below is a key secret behind how we've been able to guarantee a 2x booking rate for any new coaching client on day one. Most people would rather just pay us to have it done immediately rather than take the time to learn and practice it themselves.
In fact, every single one of our clients have all seen a minimum of 3-4x within just 48 hours of signing contracts to our program, because we've gotten this down to a science that I'm going to share now...
So, let's get started π
I always recommend starting with humans in the inbox for just a few days before creating an automated version of your flow. Chances are, you've already been handling conversations manually, so you can probably jump the line!
As little as 10 conversations is enough to get going, but if you can get 30-50 under your belt, that's plenty!
Why? Because you need to understand the most common questions/responses at each stage of your script so that you can build the automated flow around them.
Once you've had enough conversations to find the 2-4 most common replies at each step of your script, you can curate the automated experience around those to be as thorough as possible without being overwhelming.
(Take a second to check out the first picture at the bottom of this post)
For example, if you were a gym and find that the majority of people tell you that their goals revolve around energy/health/weight loss/stress-relief, then it's pretty safe to say that giving those options as quick-replies in your automated flow will be enough to give your flow a personalized feel.
But wait! What if there's a small amount of people who mention other goals than the most common 2-4 that you've included in your automation?!
Fortunately, you don't need to account for EVERY possible reply, just the most common few.
The ultimate goal here is for users in your flows to feel understood enough that they're able to decide on one of your quick replies subconsciously BEFORE they even finish reading your message.
I want to reiterate: you want to make the quick-replies as thorough as possible without overwhelming the other person with options. Chance are, 99.9% of people who want to lose weight will fall into one of those four categories anyway.
Once a substantial amount of people have gone through the flow, you can then check to see if there's any sticking points and adjust accordingly.
Check the conversations of those who have fallen out of the flow by sending a manual message instead of a quick-reply, and see if there's any similarities.
Remember, you should ALWAYS be improving and adjusting flows!
