My main focus for today was to keep my basic nice and simple, making my steps smaller and making sure I’m pushing off my back foot on my 6. Also focused on not traveling my 5 and 7 too much. One thing I did notice about my upper body was it felt disconnected from my lower body, I will work on connecting both parts together. Looking back on the video I feel as if I’m not on beat with the music, I will also make a correction on listening to the music while also focusing on the key corrections to my basic step.
