No shame challenge, all the days I missed 🙈
I haven’t been able to post something, but finally today I managed to take a video of myself. (A longer one cause I missed so many days) I have realized that I struggle with just taking a video because I keep overthinking my movement during the process of moving 😅😮‍💨🥲 I tried opening up more from the elbows, I’m trying to have a constant movement and flow during all counts, so it doesn’t look choppy 🪓 I’m trying to add some personal touch to it as well. Looking forward to feedback 🫰🏼☺️ Peace and blessings 💖

I don’t know if the movement of my torso or rip cage is better here. I kind of tried to let it flow and not hold onto it, idk if I did it. Or if I didn’t do it, please tell me the secret 😄 It’s in my head and I am obsessing over it, I just can’t tell if there is a difference or not 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Day 7,8,9, & 10
My main focus for today was to keep my basic nice and simple, making my steps smaller and making sure I’m pushing off my back foot on my 6. Also focused on not traveling my 5 and 7 too much. One thing I did notice about my upper body was it felt disconnected from my lower body, I will work on connecting both parts together. Looking back on the video I feel as if I’m not on beat with the music, I will also make a correction on listening to the music while also focusing on the key corrections to my basic step.
