Training shoulder engagement (beginner men styling) Feedback where to work on?

There were so many elements I wanted to be intentional about with this footwork combo. ‘Son’ body movement is difficult for me so I was really trying my best to crunch my ribcage and push through my legs. Watching it back, I see I have a long ride to mastering ‘son.’ There are three runs on my second video. My first run was not my best and you can see my frustration around minute 1 when I messed up. I pushed through and did better my second (minute 1:15) and third run. Thanks for this amazing combo!

Unfortunately, mambo class isn’t available where I live. I’ve been dancing on1 since te beginning of my salsa journey. 💃 i’m having so much fun with this platfom! This is what I truly love, so finally being able to dance, it makes this community feel even more special. 💖 I was smiling the whole class! 😄 The energy is so vibrant 🌟 Even though the double turns are a bit of a pain right now 😅 (that weight transfer needs work!), I’m really enjoying the challenge. 💪 Sometimes my legs/my body feel a bit heavy while dancing, if that makes sense, but I know it’ll get better with practice. ✨ Shoutout to you guys for making this happen 🙌👏

Basic Steps - Excited to practice more. Consistency is the key. Dont compare yourself: Dont skip levels. Ask without fear. Trust the process.
