Started wholesaling & flipping in 2015. Did a few hundred single family homes then transitioned 100% to buying and holding commercial real estate. Currently own around 3000 units almost entirely multi family. Looking to sell about 1500 units outside of our core markets, then looking to build/buy A class properties in SC, NC, OH, and NE GA.
