Anyone want to share their active listening wins this week?
I just had an awesome conversation with one of my students about active listening. He shared that when he started repeating back and reflecting on what the interviewer was saying, he got much more context, which helped him give stronger, more relevant answers during his job interview. He also said active listening has improved every area of his life, not just interviews. I'd love to hear from you. Have you had any active listening wins lately? Share them below! 👇 @Paul Kolesnik @Jake Spencer @Stefan Mihajlov @Mary Hulett

60 members strong this week. 🎉
One thing I've learned from teaching communication is that most people aren't trying to become better speakers. They want to stop second-guessing themselves. They want to say what they mean. They want to feel understood. Over the past few months, I've watched people land jobs, speak up in meetings, set boundaries, and have conversations they've been avoiding for years. The change rarely starts with better words. It starts with trusting your own voice. Over the next few weeks, we'll be doubling down on three skills: • Active listening to improve sales calls and relationships • Setting clear intentions before meetings and conversations • Structuring messages for greater clarity and impact I'd love to hear from you: What's one communication win you're proud of recently? Big or small, I'd love to celebrate it with you. 👇
I think we're on an Active Listening streak 😊
The more I coach professionals, leaders, and job seekers, the more convinced I become that active listening is one of the most underrated skills in communication. Most people focus on what they're going to say next. Great communicators focus on understanding first. When people feel heard, conversations become easier. Trust grows. Meetings become more productive. Relationships improve. Opportunities appear. I put together this video with a few additional insights on active listening and why it has such a profound impact on both personal and professional success. 👇 I'd love to hear from you: What was a win for you this week? Share it in the comments. Let's celebrate each other's progress.

Breathwork Helps You Improve Articulation, Pronunciation & Land a Job
I am convinced breathwork can improve your articulation, pronunciation, and communication performance by at least 20%. Not because it magically changes your English. But because it calms your nervous system. And when your nervous system calms down: → your thoughts stop scattering→ you stop rushing sentences→ you stop blanking mid-thought→ your articulation becomes clearer→ your presence changes A friend messaged me last night saying this breathwork helped him get a job. Most communication problems are not intelligence problems. They're pressure problems.
