The more I coach professionals, leaders, and job seekers, the more convinced I become that active listening is one of the most underrated skills in communication.

Most people focus on what they're going to say next. Great communicators focus on understanding first.

When people feel heard, conversations become easier. Trust grows. Meetings become more productive. Relationships improve. Opportunities appear.
