One thing I've learned from teaching communication is that most people aren't trying to become better speakers.
They want to stop second-guessing themselves.
They want to say what they mean.
They want to feel understood.
Over the past few months, I've watched people land jobs, speak up in meetings, set boundaries, and
have conversations they've been avoiding for years.
The change rarely starts with better words.
It starts with trusting your own voice.
Over the next few weeks, we'll be doubling down on three skills:
• Active listening to improve sales calls and relationships
• Setting clear intentions before meetings and conversations
