Started the day calmly and took care of hygiene and prayer without rushing. 🛁🕌🌿 5:30 PM – 7:15 PM Ate 1 apple 🍎 + 2 guavas, cleaned the room, spent time with family, did light stretching, 20 bar knee raises, and read a book. Felt grounded, light, and mentally settled. 📖🍎🧘 7:15 PM – 8:50 PM Went out for a walk, ate 2 chicken rolls, walked back home, called a friend, and planned a meetup. Good balance between movement, food, and social connection. 🚶🌯📞 8:50 PM – 10:00 PM Arrived home, continued reading The 5 AM Club while walking in the room, then lay down on the sofa to read, and then felt sleepy, so decided to take a nap. Body clearly asked for rest, and I listened. 📘😴🛋️ 10:00 PM – 12:45 AM Nap — turned into a proper sleep session. Much-needed recovery time. 💤🕯️🧠 12:45 AM – 3:30 AM Got up, drank water, watched YouTube links related to the video below, boiled and ate 3 eggs, made tea, walked in the room, did light stretching, and performed a workout: 20 inclined pike pushups 70+ sit-ups 30 explosive squats Energy came back strong after rest. 🥚☕🏋️ 3:30 AM – 4:10 AM Had tea, continued light workouts (pushups, pull-ups, pike stretches, pike pushups), listened to Umair Bajwa's live bidding session, and started writing the journal.
