Aj main apne task achieve nhi kr saki due to lack of focus. 🛌 Sleep Log Slept: at 11: 00 pm Woke up: at 6:10 am Total Sleep: 7 hours 📊 Review After 1 Month / 1 Year One month mein frontend aur freelancing seekhna aur $1k month goal. 📌 Reminders ◎No one can waste my time except me. ◎small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don't overwhelm; use the 2- minute rule. ◎The you do anything is the way you do everything. Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. Don't multitask; focus on one big thing each day. 🎯 Top Tasks for Today 1. Attend Freelancing lectures. 2. Attend lectures of upwork. 🌅 Day Start Subha 6: 10 am uthi aur fajr ki namaz again thori dair aur so gai. At 7:30 am uthi aur 8:00 am breakfast kia. 9:00 am community open ki aur some post dekhi. 10:00 am daily housework kia. At 1:00 pm free from housework Sun soaking for one hour.
