Daily Journal – 12/07/2026 Today I woke up at 4:30 AM, offered Fajr prayer, and recited the Quran. After that, I started my outreach work at 5:15 AM and continued until 6:20 AM. Today, I did not go back to sleep after Fajr. Although I was feeling very sleepy and it was difficult to stay awake, I managed to keep going. Later, I rested for about 20 minutes. After breakfast, I resumed my outreach work at 7:30 AM. At 8:15 AM, the electricity went out, so I had to stop working on my laptop. Instead, I watched a learning video on my mobile until 9:15 AM. Once the electricity came back, I continued my outreach and worked until 11:00 AM. After that, I spent an hour on my university work until 12:00 PM, then took a nap. I woke up at 1:30 PM, offered Zuhr prayer, had lunch, and started learning again. I continued learning until 4:30 PM while also making notes. Then I worked on my university tasks until 5:00 PM. Afterward, I offered Asr prayer and took a bath. Since today was Sunday, my tuition students had a holiday, so I spent some time helping with household chores. Later, I did another outreach session from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM. After offering Maghrib prayer, I spent a little time on my phone, had dinner, and reviewed my day. Now, InshaAllah, I will offer Isha prayer and go to bed at 10:00 PM. Reflection Alhamdulillah, today was a productive day. I completed all of my planned tasks, including outreach, learning, and university work. I also gave myself a challenge to limit social media scrolling to no more than 30 minutes, and Alhamdulillah, I achieved that goal successfully. This is a positive step toward improving my discipline and staying focused on what matters most. Overall, I am happy with today's progress. InshaAllah, I will continue building these habits and remain consistent every day.
