Mental Mastery _ Rewire your Brain notes
Most of the time, we suffer more in our imagination than in reality. So the first step is to rewire our thinking — observe our thoughts, control negative patterns, and take extreme ownership instead of blaming others. Daily journaling clears the mind. Deep work builds focus. Repetition with heart, mind, and tongue strengthens belief. Small daily actions matter — mountains are not broken in one hit. If we control our thoughts, we control our actions. And if we control our actions, we control our future.

@Amir Saleem It usually takes me some time to complete 4 pages, but I focus on learning deeply while writing. Putting ideas on paper helps me understand and remember much better.
Pyramid of learning .....My Experience
Personally, I experienced the top step — “learning deeply by teaching others” — in my own studies. In class, I often help my classmates, especially in mathematics, by answering their questions. Some people ask me why I spend time teaching others since they only come to me when they need help. But I’ve realized that teaching others actually makes me understand the topic more deeply. Explaining concepts forces me to clarify my own understanding, fill gaps in knowledge, and remember things better. So for me, this step of the learning pyramid is the most powerful — teaching doesn’t just help them, it helps you master the subject completely.

Is Success in Your Hands or in Your Fate?
I often have this discussion with people about success — whether hard work matters more or luck. Some say luck decides everything. Some say only hard work matters. My view is that maybe luck gives opportunity, but without hard work and right direction, that opportunity means nothing. At the same time, some people work very hard their whole life but still don’t get big results — so does that mean luck matters more? What do you think? Does success depend more on hard work, luck, or a combination of both? I’d love to hear different perspectives.

I believe hard work leads to success. Allah never wastes anyone’s effort. If someone doesn’t get the result in this world, the reward is saved for the Akhirah. Sometimes what looks like failure is actually preparation or protection. Luck doesn’t create success preparation does. What people call “luck” is often hard work meeting the right opportunity. So in my opinion, hard work with faith and patience truly brings success, not luck alone.

One Writing Mistake I Identified in Myself
I realized that some of my English sentences sound translated. I often think in my native language first… then convert it into English. That makes the flow feel unnatural. So, I decided to work upon it... HERE IS WHAT I'M DOING TO IMPROVE: For the next 45 days, I’m training sentence rhythm: - Days 1–15: Read one good marketing email out loud daily. - Days 16–30: Read + write 5 smooth sentences and study why they work. - Days 31–45: Read + rewrite sentence patterns using my own ideas. The goal is to stop translating and start thinking in simple English. And, here I’m sharing this with you guys, because of accountability. Regards, Ahsan Aziz 🙂

Great thanks for sharing 👍, you highlight the biggest mistake that we often do , firstly think in our native language then translate it into English ...... I personally experience the first practice,(reading Long scripts daily) ,Reading aloud is an excellent daily practice that improves English fluency, and sharpens pronunciation .Now, I also want to do some more practices to improve my English and pronunciation also.
