OMG!!! Today's lower body/cardio.....uuuuhhhhh....still wondering wtf just happened!!?? Lol! Lower body was good, had to make subs cuz lunges are a no go for me. Love the app so I can do that. Sooo then we got to the cardio. Ya sure....2 x 10 min of high knees...I subbed to A skip and that lasted about 10 seconds hahahah! So I had to scale down to steps ups on my plates. 1st 10 min did straight alt steps up and 2nd 10 did side step up and over. Forgot to count as I was focusing on not stopping but I would say maybe 400 reps 1st 10 and 300 2nd 10. Ooooooeeeee! That was a gooder for sure.
