Yall, for me, just had a huge win yesterday. I went to my doctors office and didn’t even worry about the number on the scale being higher than last visit. I KNEW it was going to be lower. That used to give me so much anxiety and I’d feel bad about myself afterwards first time in a very long time I didn’t panic 😎💪
