I am trying really hard, it's all new and trying to nail my macros per day. I am not hitting my calories, carbs and fats. All under what I am supposed to be taking in per day. I will keep adjusting for sure. My proteins are on par. Is there a huge downfall if I am hitting my protein and not the rest? I will figure this all out. Just want to make sure I'm not delaying the results I have goals for.
