I am still having a hard time getting my macros straight.
Before i started this everything was in ounces and no one has ever explained macros. Now i have more of an understanding but having trouble getting my meals to jive.
What is the easiest way to do this. I meal prep and everything and thinking i got this right amd still dont.
I need some help for understanding and nailing it!
I understand protien first but still over in fats by a bit or carbs. I just cant get it😔
