Macros
I am still having a hard time getting my macros straight. Before i started this everything was in ounces and no one has ever explained macros. Now i have more of an understanding but having trouble getting my meals to jive. What is the easiest way to do this. I meal prep and everything and thinking i got this right amd still dont. I need some help for understanding and nailing it! I understand protien first but still over in fats by a bit or carbs. I just cant get it😔

Team, How are we feeling? What's ONE thing you're going to do this weekend to keep moving forward? I am going to add some dead-hangs to my day - going for my second Spartan Trifecta this year. @David Rayome when i was supposed to do it was beautiful out an di took a walk down where it was. So bummed cus i couldnt participate but valued my shoulders. As you are aware alot of heavy lifting, pulling etc. But when done its like i did that. Was awesome. I am looking with a friend to get that done this year. He also wants to re do the 5 n 10. Will see

I will be meal prepping tomorrow Going to make protein chilli and other things. I like the grab n go. Simple ut i also want to get my macros in control and i am messing ip somewhere. Weekends i tend to fall off course. Im doing something wrong witj macros. I can see yesterday n todays log in

@Adam Tyler love it!! I already lost 1.5 lbs but i can feel i lost more already. Im tempted to jump on the scale but i dont want that to be habit
