Ok; it’s been awhile & I hope all you super awesome peeps are doing great!
I’ve made a lot of changes in my lifestyle & diet & feel I am finally ‘getting it’ but I wonder sometimes….even if you’re not hungry you still should eat right? Or no? Just eat when you’re hungry? Eat a small meal to hold you over even if you’re not hungry? Is it ok to just ‘not eat’?
Thoughts?
