Ok; itās been awhile & I hope all you super awesome peeps are doing great!
Iāve made a lot of changes in my lifestyle & diet & feel I am finally āgetting itā but I wonder sometimesā¦.even if youāre not hungry you still should eat right? Or no? Just eat when youāre hungry? Eat a small meal to hold you over even if youāre not hungry? Is it ok to just ānot eatā?
