Tip #10: Teach Your Mind to Trust You 🔥
The real reason this works isn’t because of some “hack.” It’s because every time you follow through on what you said you’d do, you’re literally teaching your mind that your word matters. Most of us have a history of saying: “I’ll start Monday…”“I’ll eat better this week…”“I’ll work out tomorrow…”… and then not following through. Every broken promise chips away at self-trust. Your subconscious learns: “We don’t really do what we say we’ll do.” That’s why stacking pillars of accountability is powerful. - When you text a friend, you’ve created a mini-contract. - When you tell your partner, you’ve raised the stakes. - And when you post it in this group? You’ve declared it out loud to people who will notice. Those aren’t gimmicks. Those are reinforcements. They’re the extra legs under your table holding it steady until your mind learns a new truth: 👉 “I do what I say I’ll do.!!!!!!!! And once your mind believes that? Your confidence skyrockets. Your follow-through feels natural! You stop negotiating with yourself, because your identity is now: “I keep my word, especially to myself.” This is the 2.0 future version of YOU!!! Plan my breakfast and snacks/lunch for my work week so I’m in control and not eating junk because I was too lazy to take 30 min to figure out 4 days of food!
What Will Change in 6 Months?
Hey EVERYONE! As this round of our Skool group comes to a close, I want to pause and honor every single one of you who showed up for yourself, for your growth, and for the vision you hold for your life. Whether you were fully in, quietly observing, or somewhere in between… you were here. And that means something. Some of you have decided to keep going to stay in the room, to invest in yourselves, to build momentum instead of losing it. You’ve chosen to make sure that 6 months from now, you’re further ahead, not starting over again. To those of you continuing: I see you. I celebrate you. For the rest of you, this is not goodbye forever. But it is a moment of reflection. What will really change if you don’t keep going? If nothing changes… nothing changes!! Later is where dreams go to die. You’re worth more than that. You don’t need another diet program,you need a process. One that gets to the root of what’s really holding you back. It’s been a great experience and I am thankful for everything. I’ve enjoyed myself and have learnt a lot. Helpful tool and lots to think about and excellent journal prompts! All the best everyone 🤗💞
The power of writing it down...
I know it's been said before but I've just re-read some of my journal entries and whoa! what a great read! I always thought I'd write some stuff down and either stop writing (I should really write more), never look back in it and end up burning the book or stashing it away somewhere but I keep it handy. I just happened to wonder to the beginning of my Skool journey and looked through some entries and it's pretty freaking cool! It just perked up my morning! I'm pretty freaking awesome and am surrounded by great people🥰 I needed this little pick me up before I go to "the set"....that's what we call my work (I work in an office) because it's like a sitcom/drama/comedy/horror film/day care. Every day "on set" is different lol. I hope everyone has a great first day of Summer!
