Important: Changes to access + how to keep using the programme
Hey everyone, quick heads‑up about an important change. When I started this community, the Own Your Hamstring Recovery videos were open for free so I could test the structure, learn from your feedback and refine the system. Now I’m starting to work with paying 1:1 clients who are using this exact programme as the backbone of their rehab and decision support. I had to move the full course behind a paywall as part of my coaching offer. What this means - The full video library + structured phases are now part of my paid backend. - You’ll still have access to the community, posts, and free resources I share here. - I’ll continue to answer questions and share insights in the group, that doesn’t stop. If you were actively using the videos and were already in the middle of a the programme please message me directly here on Skool. Tell me where you are in the process (phase / week) and how often you’ve been using the sessions. I don’t want anyone who genuinely committed early to get cut off mid‑stream. We can find a fair solution based on where you’re at. The way I’m working now: - Hamstring Surgery Clarity Audit for people stuck between surgery vs conservative decisions. - 1:1 Hamstring Comeback Coaching for those who want structured guidance through the full rehab using this programme. Opening things for free was phase1, now I’m moving into phase 2: making this sustainable and giving paying clients the depth and support they deserve. If you have questions about any of this, comment below or DM me. Thanks again to everyone who contributed to make this whole project more on point! Your body is your ally and I’m here to help you build a clearer path with it :) Loopi

Free Youtube-Series/Mini-Courses now
Hi everyone, for anyone here who feels a bit lost in the “what now?” phase, I’ve started putting together a few free, hamstring‑specific mini‑courses that might help: • Hamstring Avulsion 101 – plain‑language walk‑through of what this injury actually is, why it’s different from a “strain,” and the usual surgery vs rehab decision factors. • Decision Clarity – for the phase where you’re not sure yet whether surgery makes sense and you want better questions to take to your own team. • Cleared but Scared – for after surgery, when you’re technically “cleared” but don’t feel ready or confident about returning to sport. Right now, the lessons are mostly in script / text form because I wanted people to be able to use the structure immediately. Over the next weeks I’ll be adding short video lessons alongside these, as three mini YouTube–style series. Feel free to write feedback to the courses underneath, questions that arise, things that are not clear, but of course also, what you enjoyed and helped!

Grateful
I was first introduced to this group by another member two weeks ago. Since then Dr. Weinrich has thrown me a lifeline during my proximal hamstring surgery recovery. I wish I had known of its existence immediately after my injury , as my knowledge was extremely limited. As you all know this injury and recovery can be very isolating . I am now a little over three months post surgery. I can say that the last two weeks, with the access and utilization of all aspects of this program, I noticed my anxiety has lessened, and my understanding of this injury and recovery has increased. Through my conversations with Dr. Weinrich, her expertise and the guidance of her program I have recognized my daily/weekly gains both mentally and physically (no matter how small). I try to emphasize those as opposed to my setbacks. I also was reminded it is so important to “give my body a voice”. Even when my mind is telling me one thing I need to take the time each morning to listen to my body. I have taken that to heart and it really helps me to get through the daily battles as well as the daily wins. If anyone needs to talk, feel free to reach out, no matter where you are in your journey.
Question to everyone struggling the hamstring Injury
Hi guys, hope you are doing well on your Journey. I am recently doing interviews again, mainly on mental struggles during the rehab. Is there anything you particularly would like me to ask other people considering their recover mindset?
