What do we do about the new ratings?

Hey guys,

I run a local electrical company and we were #1 for a while focusing on all the things

mentions. When the new update came out with rating your leads we quickly dropped down and now get almost none.

Has anyone figured out best practice or a good SOP for rating leads?

And given we've fallen off, whats the best recommended steps to get back, we'll do whatever it takes.
