I spent a decade in startup/venture as an ops lead and growth marketer, so my skill is looking at a business, identifying its bottlenecks and levers for growth, and actually executing. - Biggest weakness? I put this into Claude and it said over-delivering/overgiving but that feels like a copout haha. But on that note I'd say sales. I'd rather do great work than sell it, but you don't get to do the former without the latter. - What do you do? Build and scale things. Startups, social media accounts (last year did 0 to 70k in 7 months), and now I'm scaling a local SEO agency.
