Live Now: Your Leads Aren’t Expensive—Your Booking Gap Is: Find It in 60 Minutes
👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 Click the link and join us Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET. You do not need to turn on your camera—audio-only or listen-only is completely fine. Bring your business and Ryan will audit your Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, and follow-up flow live. This is the kind of conversion audit businesses routinely pay hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars for, and everyone who joins live can receive a free consultation. This week is about finding the revenue leak between “Google sent a lead” and “money reached the bank.” More budget does not fix missed calls, weak qualification, or leads nobody marks as booked. Ryan will build a practical lead-to-revenue scorecard—and explain the LSA-to-Google Ads back-office migration that selected U.S. advertisers are beginning to see now. The workshop works for contractors, home-service companies, law firms, med spas, and other local professionals. WHAT WE’LL COVER: 1. COST PER BOOKED JOB—NOT COST PER LEAD Google’s Local Services Ads report shows charged leads, spend, channel, credits, and booked jobs. We’ll calculate four numbers every owner should know: charged-lead cost, booking rate, cost per booked job, and revenue-to-ad-spend ratio. You’ll see exactly when a $100 lead is profitable—and when a “cheap” $35 lead is actually expensive because nobody books it. 2. LSA IS MOVING INTO GOOGLE ADS—WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR DASHBOARD CHANGES Google is moving existing Local Services Ads into a specialized Performance Max campaign type with pay-per-lead goals. The ads still run on Search and Maps, remain keywordless, and charge for valid leads—not clicks—but the back office, budgets, bidding controls, reporting, and lead management are changing. We’ll cover the August 2026 phased rollout, the 14-day notice, what transfers, what does not, and the five checks every owner or agency should complete before and after migration. 3. THE INTAKE QUALITY SCORE A call lasting 30 seconds is not automatically a qualified lead or booked job. We’ll grade real intake against five observable behaviors: fast answer, clear greeting, correct qualification, a direct booking ask, and a documented next step. Google explicitly says missed calls and responsiveness can affect LSA ranking, so this scorecard improves both conversion and the signals Google uses to evaluate the profile.

Google Is Moving Your Local Services Ads This Month — Do These 3 Things First
👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 — why show up live instead of catching the replay? Bring YOUR business and I will pull it up live and build you a real plan. Your Local Services Ads, your Google Business Profile, your follow-up flow — what is costing you leads, and what to fix first. That is an audit people pay hundreds, even thousands, for. Free, on air. You do NOT need a webcam. Audio-only is fine, listening quietly is fine — just click the link and say your business name in the chat. Everyone who joins live also gets a free consultation. This is a deadline week. Google is rebuilding how Local Services Ads work, and the first U.S. businesses are being moved this month. 1. YOUR LSA IS BECOMING A GOOGLE ADS CAMPAIGN. Local Services Ads are migrating into Google Ads as Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals, starting with U.S. home and storefront services in August 2026. You get roughly 14 days notice by email and a dashboard banner — that is your entire window. Weekly budgets become daily averages, bidding goes automated, and here is the one that hurts: your historical performance reports do NOT come with you. Export them first. I will show you exactly which reports to pull. 2. "GOOGLE GUARANTEED" NO LONGER EXISTS. Google retired the Google Guaranteed, Google Screened and License Verified badges, replaced all three with one Google Verified badge, and killed the money-back guarantee behind it. If your website, ads, truck wrap or proposal PDF still promise a Google-backed money-back guarantee, you are advertising something that is gone. We will fix that, then cover the quieter problem: verification is not one-and-done. An expired insurance certificate or an ignored re-verification request can pause your ads without anyone calling you. 3. THE SIX QUESTIONS YOUR PHONE SHOULD ASK BEFORE YOU PICK UP. Most owners buy an AI voice agent and then give it nothing to say. I will walk the actual script — service type, location against your real service area, urgency, job size, who decides, and booking the slot — and why a good agent does not just answer faster, it hands you clean evidence when a lead was out of area, wrong service, or spam and should be credited back. Speed still decides who ranks: response time is one of the four things Google weighs, and speed-to-lead research found reaching someone in the first minute can lift conversion up to 391%.

👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 — Here's the whole point of showing up live instead of catching the replay: bring YOUR business and I'll pull it up on the call to give you a real strategy for it. Your Local Services Ads, your Google Business Profile, your follow-up flow—I'll tell you what's costing you leads and what to fix first. That's an audit people pay hundreds or thousands for, completely FREE, on air. You do NOT need a webcam. Audio-only is fine, listening quietly is fine—all you do is click the link and say the name of your business in the chat. Everyone who joins live also gets a free one-on-one consultation. ⚠️ The Contradictions Killing Your Visibility This week: there are structural contradictions sitting on your own Google listing right now, and Google sees every single one of them. 1️⃣ "OPEN 24 HOURS" THAT ISN'T - The Trap: Lots of businesses claim extended or around-the-clock hours, then let the phone roll to voicemail after five. Google doesn't just read your stated hours—it watches your answer rate, your missed calls, and how fast you respond. - The Fix: I'll show you exactly how to spot that gap on any listing—and if you bring yours to the call, I'll look at it with you live. Then we'll cover the only two honest fixes: change your hours, or put an AI voice agent on the line so the claim becomes 100% true. 2️⃣ THE 4.5-STAR BUSINESS BEATING YOUR 4.9 - The Trap: Most owners assume the best rating wins the top spot in the Map Pack or LSA auction. It regularly doesn't. - The Fix: I'll show you why a lower-rated competitor routinely outranks a higher-rated one—they answer faster, answer more often, and have fresher review velocity. We'll break down the four core pillars Google actually weighs (Reviews, Response time, Rating, Relevance) and explain where response time overtakes your star rating. If you're chasing a perfect 5.0 while your phone rings out at lunch, you're fixing the wrong thing.

LSA Account needs help reviving!
Hi everyone! I'm reaching out for some help on reviving our LSA account. We used to get at least 3-4 roofing leads earlier and now we've stopped getting leads. I know it's a little late now, but is there anything that we can do to get the leads up again? Also, how long would it take for to get them up and is there an easier way? Like maybe creating a new account?

@Travis Latiolais , I couldn't have said it better myself, and I also agree with you @Marigold Henshaw ... new paragraph I think it's smart to work with what you have first and see what has changed. Definitely look at the three Rs: - Response rate (as Travis pointed out) - Reviews (as Marigold pointed out)
Live Now: Lower Your Cost Per Booked Job: Reviews, Refunds, Follow-Ups
👉 JOIN US LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 — one click and you're in. No webcam required. Stay on audio, or just listen in while you work. And here's the real reason to click: if you jump on the call, we'll run a FREE LIVE AUDIT of your business — your Local Services Ads account, your Google Business Profile, and your follow-up flow — the same review we normally charge hundreds for, and frankly worth thousands when it finds the leak. Everyone who joins live also gets a free one-on-one consultation. All you have to do is click the link. Most service businesses — contractors, home services, law firms, med spas, anyone who lives on local leads — try to lower their cost per job by buying MORE leads. That's the expensive way. The faster path is keeping the money you're already spending and closing the leads you've already paid for. This Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET we're working the three places your real cost per booked job quietly inflates, live on screen with real accounts: 1️⃣ THE REFUND QUEUE. Google's automated lead-credit system will refund you for spam calls, wrong-service requests, out-of-area leads, and duplicates — but only if someone rates those leads with the right reason, every week. Most businesses never open the queue and silently eat the spend. If you're running $5K–$15K a month in LSA with a typical 15–25% junk rate, that's four figures a month sitting on the table. We'll walk the exact dispute path — "Rate this lead" → Very dissatisfied → the specific reason code — and show why vague disputes get denied while specific ones get paid. 2️⃣ TWO REVIEW SYSTEMS, ONE BUSINESS. Your LSA card carries its OWN star rating and review count next to your Google badge — a completely separate pool from your Google Business Profile reviews, and the two don't feed each other. A business with 200 GBP reviews and 4 LSA reviews loses the call to a smaller competitor at the exact moment the customer is choosing who to contact. Reviews are 17% of Local Pack ranking signals. We'll show you both systems side by side and the trigger that builds each one.
