How to attend AMA class ?
1. Upload your PIRF AUDIO recording . 2.Now you get the feedback from coach, and you know which sound you should FOCUS ON. 3.Prepare your question (sentence) IN ADVANCE. 4.Send your question in the chat room AFTER coach participate in the class. 5.Watch the AMA recording, and SUMMARY the method. From my personal perspective, attend ALL coaches classes as possible as I can. Enjoy this amazing learning journey!!!

Hey everyone! Today’s expression is “I’m off.” 🚶 👉 It can have two common meanings, depending on the context: 1️⃣ I’m leaving. It’s a casual way to say “I’m leaving now” or “I’m going.” • It’s getting late. I’m off. See you tomorrow! 👋 • Okay, guys, I’m off. Have a great day! • I’ve got work in the morning, so I’m off to bed. 😴 2️⃣ I’ve stopped doing or using something. 🚫 When you say “I’m off [something],” it can mean you’ve quit it, stopped having it, or are avoiding it. • I’m off cigarettes. = I’ve quit smoking. 🚭 • I’m off alcohol. = I’ve stopped drinking. 🍷 • I’m off sugar. = I’m not eating sugar anymore. 🍬 • I’m off social media for a while. = I’m taking a break from social media. 📱 Quick note: 👉 “I’m off!” = I’m leaving. 👉 “I’m off coffee.” = I’ve stopped drinking coffee / I’m avoiding coffee.
