Taking the Stage: Mistakes, Nerves, and Growth
My daughter Barbara had her first concert in the music club today, in front of a big audience.
She plays drums, and yeah—she got nervous, made some mistakes, and wasn’t as confident as she is at drum school.
But honestly, this step is huge. Getting on stage, facing the audience, and dealing with the fear of being judged… that’s how we grow.
We learn by making mistakes. And sometimes, just showing up already makes a difference.
She’s not satisfied with how she played—I totally get it—but she did it, and I’m very proud of her.
