And let me be clear…
👉 Core is the foundation of this movement
If your core isn’t strong and controlled…this doesn’t happen.
At all.
This didn’t come from random workouts or chasing a pump.
It came from learning how to actually control my body.
👉 That’s functional training
Train the right way long enough…and you stop just working out
You start unlocking things.
