Functional Training doesn’t have to be boring… I didn’t train specifically for this…I trained the basics. Over and over. 🧱 Push 🧱 Pull 🧱 Squat 🧱 Hinge 🧱 Lunge 🧱 Core 🧱 Locomotion This is what happens when your foundation is solid. And let me be clear… 👉 Core is the foundation of this movement If your core isn’t strong and controlled…this doesn’t happen. At all. This didn’t come from random workouts or chasing a pump. It came from learning how to actually control my body. 👉 That’s functional training Train the right way long enough…and you stop just working out You start unlocking things. 👊 Train for real life… and watch what your body becomes capable of!

Not all drinks are created equal… and this one actually does something for you.
