Just you vs. you. šŸ‘Š This is The Limitless 350 — built off real movement patterns your body actually uses: • Push-ups → Push & upper body strength + control • Pull-ups → Pull & back strength + posture • Squats → Everyday power (sit, stand, move) • Lunges → Walk/Run/Climb + balance • Bridges → Bend over strength + lower back • Sit-ups → core strength that carries over • Burpees → full-body conditioning + grit This isn’t random. It’s the 7 Primary Movements! Push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, core, and conditioning all in one. šŸ‘‰ 5 rounds. 10 reps each. 350 total. You don’t need a gym to get a strong workout in.
