🔥 Momentum Monday
Most people wait for motivation. But motivation is not reliable. It comes and goes depending on sleep, stress, work, and life. Momentum is different. Discipline creates momentum! Momentum happens when you do the work anyway. The first workout. The first walk. The first better meal. The first rep when you didn’t feel like starting. Once you take that first step, everything else gets easier. So here’s your challenge today: ✅ Move your body for 20–30 minutes ✅ Drink more water than usual ✅ Do one thing today your future self will thank you for That’s it. Small wins stack.
