☕ Coffee Hour is live!
This week we taught communication patterns. Then we caught ourselves stuck in them. 😅 Which one are you? - Afraid to ask for what you need - Fear judgment when you speak up - Over-explain everything We're sharing our real stories + how we used the framework when it mattered. Drop a 💚 and tell us which pattern you relate to most. 👇

☕️ Coffee Hour is LIVE: Being Gentle with Yourself
Hey everyone! This week's Coffee Hour just dropped, and it's a little different. Instead of pushing forward, we're giving you permission to slow down, be kind to yourself, and turn down the volume on that inner critic. 💭 Question for you: When you notice yourself being harsh with yourself (like saying "I'm such a mess" or "I can't do anything right"), what's the most common criticism that shows up? Drop it in the comments below. 👇 Sometimes just naming it takes away some of its power. ✨ This week we're exploring: - Monday: "I'm Too Broken to Change" - Tuesday: "I Resist My Own Plans" - Wednesday: "I Can't Calm Down" - Thursday: "I Can't Find My Words" - Friday: "I Need to Be Hard on Myself to Keep Going" Permission granted to be exactly where you are. 💚 Watch the Coffee Hour, then come back and share what resonated most with you!

☕ WEEK 3 COFFEE HOUR IS LIVE: "You're Already Enough"
Good morning, Growth Hub family! Grab your favorite beverage and settle in - Coffee Hour Week 3 just dropped, and we need to talk about something important. That voice in your head that says "not enough yet"? Yeah, we're coming for that one this week. This week we're diving into conditional worth - the exhausting belief that you have to EARN your value through achievement, perfection, or depletion. Here's the truth I want to anchor you in: Your worth isn't something you achieve. It's something you already have. 🎥 WATCH THE FULL COFFEE HOUR HERE: THIS WEEK'S THEMES: ✨ "I don't deserve to succeed" ✨ "2 minutes is too small to matter" ✨ "My tank is empty" ✨ Impostor syndrome ✨ Trusting the process Every single one of these beliefs is rooted in the lie that you have to earn your worth. And you don't. YOUR PRACTICE THIS WEEK: Every morning before you do ANYTHING - before you achieve, perform, or prove - put your hand on your heart and say: "My worth was established before I was born. I don't have to earn what I've already been given." Your nervous system needs to hear this FIRST THING before the hustle starts. DISCUSSION QUESTION: 👇 Drop a comment: Which belief about conditional worth hits hardest for you right now? "I don't deserve to succeed"? "2 minutes doesn't count"? "My tank is empty"? Let's normalize talking about this. You're not broken for struggling with these patterns - conditional worth is what most of us were taught. But it's not the truth about you. See you in the daily releases this week! 💛

☕ Coffee Hour Recap: "My Body Feels Constantly Activated" ☕
We just wrapped up a powerful Coffee Hour conversation about something so many of us are experiencing: constant activation. You know that feeling - your shoulders are tense, your jaw is clenched, your heart rate is slightly elevated even when you're "relaxing." You can't quite turn off the alert system. Here's what we covered: - Why your nervous system gets stuck in survival mode - The science behind feeling "on edge" all the time - How your brain can't tell the difference between a real threat and a perceived one - Practical pathways back to feeling safe in your body Now it's your turn to share: Where in your body do you feel constant activation? Drop an emoji: 💪 Shoulders/neck 😬 Jaw/face 💓 Chest/heart 🔥 Stomach/gut 🌀 All of the above And if you want to share more - what helps your nervous system calm down, even just a little? A walk? Tapping? Music? We want to hear what's working for you. Remember: You're not broken. Your nervous system is just doing what it was trained to do. And we can retrain it together. 🤍

☕ Coffee Hour Recap: "My Body Feels Constantly Activated" ☕
☕💚Coffee Hour: Joy as a Practice, not a Feeling 💚☕
Grab your coffee (or tea!) and join us for this week's Coffee Hour. We're diving into something that could completely shift how you experience the holidays—and your life. The Big Misconception Most people think joy is a feeling that happens TO you when circumstances are perfect. Christmas morning with ideal lighting, everyone getting along, everything flowing smoothly. But that's not joy. That's happiness. And they're completely different. What We're Covering Today: ✨ The neuroscience difference between happiness and joy - Happiness = dopamine-based, fleeting, circumstantial - Joy = a state of being that can coexist with imperfection ✨ Why waiting for perfect circumstances means you'll never experience joy - Your nervous system has to feel safe for joy to be neurologically possible - Most people are stuck in threat mode, which blocks access to joy ✨ How to practice joy as a nervous system skill - Regulate first (send safety signals) - Attend intentionally (notice what's good RIGHT NOW) - Build capacity for joy in imperfect moments ✨ Practical micro-practices for Christmas gatherings - 30-second regulation tools - Where you feel joy in your body - Training your nervous system: "Joy is safe even when things aren't perfect" Why This Matters You've done four weeks of releasing work—old stories, control, expectations, joy-blocking beliefs. You've created space. Now what? Now you practice receiving joy in reality instead of waiting for the fantasy. Because if you're only allowing yourself joy in perfect moments, you're going to miss your entire life. Perfect moments are rare. Imperfect moments are constant. Real joy lives in the messy, ordinary, imperfect present—if you're regulated enough to access it and intentional enough to notice it. Watch the video, then drop in the comments: - Where do you feel joy in your body? - What's one imperfect moment from this week where you could have practiced attending to what was good instead of focusing on what was wrong? - What mug did you use today for your coffee (or tea)?
