Data moving option
I'm watching Level 2 and wanted to mention that you should be able to click the down arrows next to pages in the menu bar down to expand them to the point where you can see the individual databases and then drag and drop the items from the database you're in to the one you want it to go to. Just make sure you're dropping into a database and not a page. (Though, if you do, you can just drag into the database from the containing page - usually they're things you've moved are just sitting below the database as blocks.) Just another option if "move to" isn't working. Here's a screenshot, so you can see what I mean by expanding the page:

Social Compression
Under Clarity is Social Compression. I have found the best way to do this, for myself is, to put my phone on do not disturb during the day, and choosing only two to three times a day to check for messages. I am able to focus on work without the constant notifications chime going off. What are some ways that you guys find working the metrics into your life that makes sense to you?
Evening Notes
I like the Morning notes, it gives me the chance to think about my attitude towards the beginning of the day. I think it would be cool to have a Evening notes section as well. Most of the time my attitude towards the day has changed quite a bit by the end of the day. It would be interesting, to be able to compare the morning mindset to the evening mindset and why it changed.

I noticed some you sharing bits of your stories and I absolutely love reading those! Thought it’d be cool to have one place where we can all get to know each other🙌 Here’s a simple format you can follow (but feel free to freestyle if you want): Hey, I'm from _____________. My main interests include _________, __________. (plus would love to hear your background with Notion and goals with LifeOS!)

HRV defined
HRV stands for Heart Rate Variability. It’s a physiological measure of the tiny differences in time between each heartbeat — also called R-R intervals (the time between successive R-waves on an ECG). Without any tech at all You can’t really measure HRV by hand, because it requires millisecond-level timing between beats. At most, you can take your resting pulse manually (count beats per minute), but that gives only heart rate — not variability. Seems like an "edge" metric at most.
