Wow!! I knew I’d been putting this off for a reason hahaha. I’ve just migrated all my Level 1 stuff into Level 2, and honestly… I kind of wish I hadn’t customised Level 1 so much. The amount of editing I had to redo has fully turned my brain to mush 😅 Guilty... I definitely let my old system fall into a bit of disrepair because I knew this one was coming 🙈 I’m sure for all you Notion wizards it would’ve been a breeze, but I’m pretty wiped after all that. I’ve got it set up so I can use it pretty much like Level 1 for now, and I’ll slowly learn more as I get the capacity. Such a cool system, Peter, thank you so much for creating it. I’m really excited to dig into the upgrade (after I've recovered LOL)!

I finally integrated the LifeOS projects into my system this afternoon. That included moving what I had in my goals database to the projects database and linking parent and sub projects. (I archived the Goals database.) I still have a ways to go, but I have started defining what done looks like for the shorter term ones, and I'm definitely feeling a sense of relief. I don't think I realized how much of an open loop I was creating for myself by not documenting what done looks like - in essence I basically have been forcing myself to redefine a project every time I engage with it. I don't think it's necessary to have it from the beginning, but I think it's doable to make a rule for myself to require the done field as soon as I move the status to 'Active' if it isn't there already. Now to get through to Quarters before I start my quarterly/seasonal planning at the end of February...

Wahoo, I took a few hours today to sit down and really nut out my habits and scores, redid my mastery scores, and updated all three of the stage 8 templates. Ironically, I am actually off work sick because I'm sleep deprived AF 🫣

For the last two weeks I have been moving through stages 4-8 getting ready for Level 2. I enjoy the feedback that FMS has been giving me. It helps me I.D. the areas that I need to improve on as well as the areas that I am excelling at. As of right now, nutrition is my biggest struggle, I'm always in the Red.🙃
