To tired to work out. What do you do to supplement? Stretching is good, but some sort of dynamic stretching with poise really helps the buzzing go away so that I can rest.

Why you want to increase your health-span?
I was talking with a doctor this week about longevity docs and how it’s the new snake oil. But the reality is, they are working to increase people’s health-span, as opposed to lifespans. This shift in terminology has more to do with quality of life than length of life. But the fact is, if you increase your health-span your lifespan will likely increase as a byproduct. Get moving, eat good food, enjoy your life!

Why do you need a personal coach?
You are tired of people trying to sell you generic programs with no followthrough. I’m tired of people saying “in just fifteen minutes a day you can get a great body like this.” The problem is you have no one to talk you through the challenges that you are actually facing. Why do you need a personal coach?
I did a thing.
On a trip and pursuing something bigger than myself. And the guy next to me on the plane inspired me. He said over the last three years he has lost a ton of weight through consistent workouts and eating good food.(he said beans are a superfood, I agree). His Dr told him he needed to lose weight. Even though that's what he was told the Dr was surprised when he came back much llighter. It'’s like they don't usually get the response of doing the thing that they were told. Don't wait, make the decision and do the thing. Whatever it is for you. You are not alone and many want to see you as the best version of you. Have a great one!!!
