Nobody wants to watch a guy do thousands of pushups…
I did over 29,000 steps today. Don't forget, it's months and years of a thing that will make the lasting impact. While this whole wellness and fitness thing It is simple, I do not believe for a second that it is easy. The choices that we make actually make the path even easier. To tired to work out. What do you do to supplement? Stretching is good, but some sort of dynamic stretching with poise really helps the buzzing go away so that I can rest.
