Movement Snacks
I spent today working on stuff I don't want to work on.
Lots of time spent doing things that just do not seem very important at all.
I konw we all find ourselves here, it is one of the things that comes with adulthood that we just can not avoid.
However, I did find a few movement snack opportunities.
One - Stretch, move, flowing through a few basic movements that everyone should do as they get older. Getting up off of the ground controlled is a major part of my routine. Since I want to be able to do this when I am 80, I make time to get down and get up at least a few times a day.
Two - Walk. Most of the time it is just a walk to practice. I spend some time getting some fresh air and walk the dogs as well.
That's it!
I can do more, I want to do more. My schedule is wider open than I want it to be lately. However, I have some other pressing things that need more attention right now. Still, doing a few things that I want to be able to do when I am old is important.
What is something that you want to be able to do when you are old?
