Hello,
If any of you watched Tousi yesterday, he discussed the issue that supposedly the US is legally prohibited from signing an agreement with the IRGC as the US has categorized them as a terrorist organization.
I know Tousi is exceptional at doing his research before making claims. However, if this is true, would this not make the MOU void?
