I stopped running free workshops.
Started charging for them instead.
I know.
Groundbreaking lol.
But here's the thing.
after losing my instagram account I needed to re evaluate my entire business and so I scrapped everything and started from ground zero.
No VSL funnel.
No Endless DM's
No 14- day email sequence written by a robot.
Just a Loom video ad...
a simple Skool setup...
and a paid workshop.
That's it.
That's the whole play.
19 clients last month.
$7,373 spent on ads
$28,590 from a $47 workshop and a 30 Day Trial Offer.
**and The back end sales were more than the front 🤫"
...
I've been running some version of this for about five years now.
It's always worked.
But I recently adapted the whole thing for how people actually buy right now...
with AI...
with the noise...
with everyone having the attention span of a chipmunk.
(Mine included.)
And it got better.
Way better.
The leads are better.
The buyers are better.
The conversations are better.
Less chasing.
Less "just following up!"
Less wondering if anyone's going to show up.
It's working well enough that I'm going all-in on this one play for the next six months.
Nothing else. Just this.
Anyway...
I'm doing a workshop on June 5th at 10 AM inside the Claude for Coaches Community where I break the whole system down.
How the paid workshop model works.
Why the Loom video ad is crushing it.
The Skool structure.
The math. All of it.
This is literally what I'm running right now.
Like... this week.
Workshops That Don't Matter Version 2.0.
It's $47 to join the community > HERE And as a bonus you get access to 10 additional AI Related workshops I've done this year.
Dan "one play" Harrison
P.S. I'm not saying free workshops are dead or anything dramatic like that.
I'm just saying I stopped doing them...
signed 19 clients in a month...
and my business got simpler.
So yeah.
P.P.S. June 5th. 10 AM. Inside the community. If you've been overcomplicating your lead gen this is going to be a fun one.
