I've been looking at the data inside the community... And a pattern keeps showing up. A lot of people join. Watch the welcome video. Poke around the classroom. Then... silence. They go quiet. And I don't think it's a motivation problem. (Most of you aren't lazy. You wouldn't be here if you were.) I think it's a "nobody told me exactly what to do next" problem. And by the time you come back to figure it out... The momentum's already gone. Classic. Here's the thing. I've put a LOT into the classroom. The roadmaps. The trainings. The systems.
