.... and 1 big shift I am making to this free Community.
Let me start with the community shift and then deliver an insane amount of Value with the 3 levers.
So the big shift I am making in this community is we are going from FREE to FREEMIUM.
and I have moved ALL of our FREE Content out of the Classroom Section and can now be found when you click the 💎 Gems - Category in the community feed.
The Classroom is going to be primarily for PAID workshops and PAID courses or PAID challenges.
I have built free communities for 5 years to grow my business and they have been phenomenal.
I've generated over $3M with free communities.
However at certain stages of business you realize quickly that what gets you to one level prevents you from scaling to the next.
Free stuff is great when the problem is not enough leads...
Paid is the solution when you have too many leads and need to improve quality.
So as you grow you need to shift.
And the 3 Biggest Scale levers I have found are:
1) Building out a Group Offer to your 1:1 Coaching or Service.
2) Scaling with more Ads
3) Leveraging AI and specifically building GPT's.
