Update: Lunch & Learns 👉🏻 Live Office Hours
The Lunch & Learns are now going to be Live Office Hours, that will change days AND times weekly to better accommodate different members availabilities; not everyone could do the weekly 12:30 MST on Tuesday. These live meetings will be more live Q&A style, rather than presentation of a certain topic - I will still do this, but instead just post a weekly (most weeks at least) YouTube video around certain topics and have everyone post questions in the comments for me to answer. The office hours will be set at the start of each week, starting with 1 time per week (and will increase to more times based on demand). Check the Calendar Tab for days a times: https://www.skool.com/nutritionxfitnesscollective/calendar
