Hey all, I am a brand new LO going through Sam's training. I just want to shout out this framework- the realtor feedback and progress that I've seen over the last 3 weeks has been awesome! I've done 4-6 open houses per week and already have several agents who committed to working with me and almost all agents are impressed with what I have to offer. I have to give all of the credit to Sam- every step of the framework is organized and simple and I can already see that it gives me an edge over other LO's in my market. I've been averaging 2 leads per week and last week I got 3! My goal is an average of 5 per week by the end of July. Happy hunting out there!

Had a great meeting with Sam today. He shared some valuable insights on how to better nurture relationships with Realtors and helped me put together a clear game plan to execute. I'm excited to put these strategies into action and continue building stronger partnerships. Growth happens when you're willing to learn and take action!

Second week into the Inner Circle and I have already seen success getting in front of referral partners (some I have met with before, and some I have not). Highly recommend!
