- Your goal for the remainder of Summer and your goal as we enter our Build phase in Autumn.
Example of the goals could be:
"For our Summer Celebrate phase I still want to drop 3lbs and improve my fitness. For our Build phaese, I'll want a 5lb weight gain with a 10% improvement in my strength across the key lifts".
