10 miles of father and son time
Last weekend, my 9 year old joined me for a nice slow and steady run along the Wales Coastal Path. We covered 10 miles together, the following day he went in to win a 2 mile race for his school against others who were all from the year group above him.
I’ve been a very proud father this week. I always am, but his achievements have honestly made me absolutely beam with pride.
