Hola a todos! 👋💪 Me presento por aquí para los que no me conocen. Mi nombre es Miguel (emva_____ en Instagram )y tengo muchas ganas de empezar a darle caña con este grupo. Para que sepáis un poco qué enfoque me gusta tener y en qué os puedo echar una mano (o compartir experiencias), os cuento brevemente cómo entreno: 🔥 MI FILOSOFÍA DE ENTRENAMIENTO: FUERZA ÍNTEGRA No busco la estética por sí sola, sino el rendimiento real, la salud articular y la funcionalidad. Me apasiona el entrenamiento híbrido, combinando lo mejor de diferentes disciplinas para construir un cuerpo fuerte, ágil y resistente a las lesiones. 🧱 MIS TRES PILARES CLAVE: 1️⃣ Calistenia Avanzada: Dominio del propio cuerpo. Me centro mucho en el control postural, la fuerza en barra (dominadas, fondos) y el trabajo con el propio peso como base de todo movimiento. 2️⃣ Kettlebells: Trabajo de potencia, estabilidad central (core) y cadenas musculares posteriores. Me gusta el trabajo pesado y dinámico con pesas rusas para construir fuerza útil. 3️⃣ Fuerza de Agarre (Grip Strength): Un gran olvidado, pero vital. Para mí, el agarre es el reflejo real de la fuerza del sistema nervioso y la base para cualquier ejercicio de tracción pesada. 📈 ¿QUÉ PODÉIS ESPERAR DE MÍ EN EL GRUPO? Enfoque técnico: Priorizo la calidad del movimiento antes de subir kilos o repeticiones. Moverse bien es el secreto para durar años entrenando a tope. Disciplina y constancia: Me gusta entrenar duro, pero con cabeza y respetando las fases de recuperación del cuerpo. Apoyo mutuo: Entrenar en comunidad nos hace rendir un 20% más que entrenar solos. Contad conmigo para motivaros, corregir técnica o compartir dudas de programación.

My vision. The long version
This is going to be shooting from the hip. I want to build a brand, a recognizable entity where all roads point to me and this system. Building strength and power should not be secondary to how you look. It should be first and foremost. I want people, when they think about getting strong, to understand that you build a foundation first, and what you look like is just a byproduct of that. It’s going to be something first responders adhere to. It’s going to be something children can walk into and function completely. It’s going to be something used by people rehabbing from back surgery, which I have done, or rehabbing from a plate being put in their leg, which I have also done. It’s going to resonate with office workers who sit all day and want to understand how to get out of that monotony, rather than going to the gym and facing more boring repetitions. I want them walking in fueled with energy, stepping into a powerhouse workout where they can throw a sandbag around or swing a mace into a tire. It’s going to be amazing.
Happy Fathers Day
Today shouldn’t be a day where you think about all the shortcomings you might have as a father or all the things you could’ve done better it’s more of a day of admiration and appreciation for the achievements you’ve accomplished. I know it’s hard for someone who wants progression to relax and smell the flowers but alas. I wouldn’t be talking about this unless I knew something about it so understand that it’s with Great overall understanding that I speak to you from a place of experience.

Let’s fall in love with learning again
Make it a point to step outside your comfort zone and explore something you don’t know. That’s where growth happens. That’s where new relationships are built. And more often than not, that’s where the best lessons are found. I’m not here pretending to have all the answers. I have a lot to learn from every person in this community and from people in every walk of life. My goal is for this to be more than a place where I teach. I want it to be a place where we learn from each other. Sometimes it’s not the information that’s missing. Sometimes it’s the way the information is delivered. If the way I explain something doesn’t click for someone, maybe the way you recently learned it will. Your perspective, your experience, and your process might be exactly what another member needs to finally connect the dots. So ask questions. Share lessons. Contribute what you’ve learned. Let’s build a community where knowledge isn’t guarded, it’s shared. What are you currently trying to learn, and how can this community help you get there?
Why this exists.
Legendary Strength Academy is still under construction. I’m taking my time because I don’t want to build another fitness community centered around abs, filters, and who can get the most attention online. I’m interested in something different. A place for people who still enjoy competing. People who want to stay strong, learn new skills, challenge themselves, and continue pushing forward long after most people have settled into comfort. The older I get, the less interested I am in chasing appearances. In a world full of edited photos, shortcuts, AI-generated perfection, and endless comparisons, it’s becoming harder to know what’s even real anymore. What is real is how you feel. Can you run, lift, move, play, compete, and attack life with energy? Can you look in the mirror and know you’re still growing instead of slowly fading into the background? That’s what I’m building here. Not a popularity contest. A proving ground. So let me ask you this: If nobody could see your physique, what would you still train for?
