@Miriam Singler how often do you buy new equipment or do you have means to continue pushing your boundaries

And that was breakfast
Today’s leg day
Boy, I had a sweet workout today. 🔥 It was one of those sessions where you walk out feeling like you checked every box. Strength, conditioning, unilateral work, and enough volume to leave your legs questioning every life decision. Block 1: Warm-Up Keep it simple. • 20 walking lunges • 20 bodyweight squats • Repeat back and forth to get the hips, knees, and ankles ready for work. No need to overcomplicate a warm-up. Just get moving and break a sweat. Block 2: Strength Work Circuit 1 – Build the Foundation (3 Rounds) I train in a commercial gym, so I take advantage of the machines. • Leg Extensions • Lying Leg Curls • Standing Calf Raises Increase the weight each round while maintaining clean reps. Circuit 2 – Posterior Chain (3 Rounds) This one is all about glutes, hamstrings, and overall lower-body strength. • Hip Extensions • Heavy Goblet Squats • Heavy Sumo Dumbbell Deadlifts Use a heavier dumbbell for the sumo deadlift than you used for the goblet squat. Circuit 3 – Unilateral Strength (3 Rounds) Time to expose the weak side. • Bulgarian Split Squats (bodyweight or loaded) • Alternating Forward Lunges • Leg Press Use a full range of motion. Don’t cheat the depth. Block 3: Finisher (4 Rounds) • 25 Jump Rope • 10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings • 4 Over-the-Shoulder Sandbag Tosses Nothing fancy. Just honest work. If you give this session a try, let me know how it goes. I’d be curious to hear which block humbled you the most. 👊
Loving all the new faces

@Dylan Turner nice that’s two for leg day
I prioritize sleep… to a point
I think I have a number in my mind that if I don’t hit that Target sleep then I’m not gonna wake up for that 4 AM workout, but in truth when I work out regardless even if it’s dragging myself through the sets and reps I decided last night I’ll sleep better than next night so I say that to say this just do the workout anyway
