Happy Fathers Day
Today shouldn’t be a day where you think about all the shortcomings you might have as a father or all the things you could’ve done better it’s more of a day of admiration and appreciation for the achievements you’ve accomplished. I know it’s hard for someone who wants progression to relax and smell the flowers but alas. I wouldn’t be talking about this unless I knew something about it so understand that it’s with Great overall understanding that I speak to you from a place of experience.

Let’s fall in love with learning again
Make it a point to step outside your comfort zone and explore something you don’t know. That’s where growth happens. That’s where new relationships are built. And more often than not, that’s where the best lessons are found. I’m not here pretending to have all the answers. I have a lot to learn from every person in this community and from people in every walk of life. My goal is for this to be more than a place where I teach. I want it to be a place where we learn from each other. Sometimes it’s not the information that’s missing. Sometimes it’s the way the information is delivered. If the way I explain something doesn’t click for someone, maybe the way you recently learned it will. Your perspective, your experience, and your process might be exactly what another member needs to finally connect the dots. So ask questions. Share lessons. Contribute what you’ve learned. Let’s build a community where knowledge isn’t guarded, it’s shared. What are you currently trying to learn, and how can this community help you get there?
Why this exists.
Legendary Strength Academy is still under construction. I’m taking my time because I don’t want to build another fitness community centered around abs, filters, and who can get the most attention online. I’m interested in something different. A place for people who still enjoy competing. People who want to stay strong, learn new skills, challenge themselves, and continue pushing forward long after most people have settled into comfort. The older I get, the less interested I am in chasing appearances. In a world full of edited photos, shortcuts, AI-generated perfection, and endless comparisons, it’s becoming harder to know what’s even real anymore. What is real is how you feel. Can you run, lift, move, play, compete, and attack life with energy? Can you look in the mirror and know you’re still growing instead of slowly fading into the background? That’s what I’m building here. Not a popularity contest. A proving ground. So let me ask you this: If nobody could see your physique, what would you still train for?

HYROX BOUND
I fly to new York tomorrow for a sort of recalibration to my training standards. The community to me is huge, I am still very much triathlon bound but one thing I have found regardless of craft is the level of intensity and passion doesn’t waiver and always looks the same across the board. FOCUS, DETERMINATION, GRIT, IMPROVEMENT. A fire that’s always burning with my brothers and sisters. More often these days this Skool seems immune to the highs and lows of our daily lives or social media. There remains a beacon of positivity that doesn’t worry about shinning to bright in fear of some low life wanting to extinguish it. Always wonderful to share or just be present here. Breath of relief and safety

Triathlon preparation coming along nicely
I started off with a 5 mile bike ride on my spin bike maintaining the wattage that I can measure at 150w. I immediately went to my 3 mile run in which the first 2 miles I kept my heart rate at 125 and the last mile. I pushed it up to 140bpm. The laborious nature of Fitness has always been just to do it and loving who you become in the process. When someone comes to me looking for an immediate goal or how long is it gonna take to get here? I almost tried to sway their expectations in just be present with your workouts and give your body the grace it takes to achieve each step. Do you look forward to exercising or do you just drag yourself through the motions?
