HYROX BOUND
I fly to new York tomorrow for a sort of recalibration to my training standards. The community to me is huge, I am still very much triathlon bound but one thing I have found regardless of craft is the level of intensity and passion doesn’t waiver and always looks the same across the board. FOCUS, DETERMINATION, GRIT, IMPROVEMENT. A fire that’s always burning with my brothers and sisters.
More often these days this Skool seems immune to the highs and lows of our daily lives or social media. There remains a beacon of positivity that doesn’t worry about shinning to bright in fear of some low life wanting to extinguish it. Always wonderful to share or just be present here. Breath of relief and safety
