It's hard to believe we're already halfway through the year.
January often arrives with big goals, lots of motivation and the feeling that this will be "your year."
Six months later... life has happened. Some goals have probably moved forward. Others may have quietly drifted into the background.
And that's okay.
I actually think the middle of the year is one of the best times to pause and reflect.
Obviously not to judge yourself, and not to feel guilty about what you haven't done. But just to check in.
One of the things we talk about in the Resilience Reboot is that resilience isn't about having the perfect plan. It's about regularly stopping to ask yourself "Is the direction I'm heading still the one I want?"
Because sometimes the goal doesn't need to change. Sometimes the approach does.
So before you think about the next six months, ask yourself:
💚 What's one thing you've done well this year?
💚 What's one habit you'd like to strengthen?
💚 What's one thing you need to let go of?
💚 What's one small action you can take this week that your future self will thank you for?
Remember, resilience isn't built by making one huge decision.
It's built by making small, intentional choices consistently.
