NO NEGOTIATION — DAY 1
This week is about one thing only: keeping your word to yourself. Not intensity. Not perfection. Not motivation. The rule For the next 7 days, you choose one small action and you do it every day, no matter what. No negotiating. No excuses. No mood-based decisions. Your action Choose one non negotiable action for the week. Examples: - 10 minute walk - Protein with one meal - 5 minutes of journaling - Early bedtime - One intentional pause before reacting It must be: - Small - Realistic - Repeatable daily The standard You do it even when you don’t feel like it. Especially then. That’s how self trust is rebuilt. Daily check in Each day, come back to this post and comment: “Done — Day X” No explanations needed. Just ownership. What success looks like You finish the week knowing: “I do what I say I’ll do.” That’s the foundation of discipline.
