Looking for help
Looking for someone to handle the paid ads + plus tracking side of my mortgage lead agency. Just getting a little burnt out figuring out ads and I’m wanting to scale. Currently have 3 lead buyers already.
I’m building the sales side (closing loan officers/realtors who buy the leads) and I’m looking for someone who can fully own:
– Meta/Google ads
– Funnels + lead forms
– Conversion tracking + attribution
– CPL optimization
– Scaling strategy
Flexible comp structure (rev share, partnership, or retainer depending on skill).
